I. Structure and Working Principle of the Pump
The EX-B series products adopt stepper motors and are diaphragm metering pumps with high regulation precision and highly integrated automatic control functions. In the design of the EX-B series products, the flow rate is controlled by the rotation of the stepper motor. The rotational motion of the motor is transmitted to the eccentric cam through a reduction gear, and then converted into reciprocating motion. When the diaphragm moves back and forth and the liquid is transported through the check valves for inhalation and exhalation, the volume of the pump chamber changes. The reciprocating speed will change the flow rate, while the inhalation rate can remain unchanged under any flow rate conditions.

The visual screen enables a clear and intuitive understanding of the dosage. The LED indicator lights on the control unit can clearly display various operating conditions and alarm situations.
• Standard PVDF pump head
The exterior is made of high-strength composite materials, with excellent structural design, which further enhances the chemical corrosion resistance.
Overpressure alarm function
If the output pressure exceeds the operating pressure of the pump, the metering pump will automatically stop running and give an alarm, thus preventing the pump from being damaged due to excessive pressure.
