The main structure of the dosing device includes storage tank, dissolution box, mixer, metering pump, liquid level gauge, electrical control box, piping, valves, distributor, pressure regulator, pressure gauge, check valve, and frame, etc.
The dissolution box is made of high-quality stainless steel plates or other corrosion-resistant materials. Inside the dissolution box, there is an electromagnetic valve liquid level meter, which can achieve local display or remote display. It is equipped with high-level, low-level alarm and an immediate pump stop protection mechanism in case of extremely low liquid level. The upper part, spanning the working bridge, is used to install the stirrer.
2. The mixer is driven directly by a vertical motor reducer to rotate the stirring shaft and paddles. The efficiency of power transmission is very high.
3. A filter screen is installed at the drug addition point on the inner wall of the tank, which is easy to disassemble, clean and replace. Moreover, a Y-type filter device is set in the pipeline to prevent blockage of the metering pump.
From our perspective, all the components of the dosing device are installed on a single frame. They are compactly and reasonably combined to form an independent dosing unit, which significantly reduces the workload of chemical design and on-site installation, as well as the occupied area.
