Anti-corrosion, high precision, adjustable inhalation speed
It can independently and precisely control the inhalation/exhalation speed, and can transport liquids with high viscosity and those that are prone to decomposition. This ensures the high repeatability (±1%) of chemical dosing.
When transporting viscous liquids, the suction stroke speed can be adjusted to avoid cavitation. (Programmable suction speed: 75%, 50% or 15% of the normal speed)
High-efficiency and energy-saving design
By employing the ingenious design of helical gears and auxiliary springs, power consumption is reduced; at the same time, the need for oil bath is eliminated, and the service life of the pump is extended.
By using spiral gears and auxiliary springs, the power consumption has been reduced by 70% compared to the conventional rebound design.
Automatic Control
EX can operate automatically according to various settings such as simulation, pulse, batch operation or interval batch operation. The main automatic operation functions include:
Analog signal / Pulse signal / Batch operation with intervals / RS485 universal / Alarm output / Interlock function / STOP function / 12V DC output.
Wide voltage operation
The EX series operates with a wide power supply voltage range (100 - 240VAC), and can be used in all countries/regions. It complies with UL/CE standards.
Standardly equipped with a rich set of control signal interfaces
Standardly equipped with pulse signals, current signal reception and current signal output, STOP, emergency stop, alarm and RS485 bus interfaces, it can meet various complex working conditions.
Flow correction function
The pump has been calibrated before leaving the factory. However, due to differences in pipeline layout and liquid properties, it is recommended to recalibrate it during installation.
Operation History
The controller of the pump will record the cumulative flow volume and the number of power switch operations.
Humanized design
A 4-inch LCD color high-definition screen, simple and clear. The high visibility LCD display bar shows the current flow and signal parameters. Even from a distance or in a dark place, the operation status of the pump can be clearly viewed. Moreover, the screen color changes accordingly for different states (green: system running normally, yellow: manual stop state, red: stopped).
Non-adhesive diaphragm
Using "fully PTFE" composite diaphragm to enhance the chemical corrosion resistance. The non-elastic solid PTFE membrane can better resist the penetration of chemical gases.
LED indicator light
The large LED indicator lights on the control unit can clearly display various operating conditions and alarm situations.
Multiple pump head materials are available for selection.
The material of the flow outlet can be selected. It can be made of PVC/PVDF/316 stainless steel with high chemical resistance, which can be compatible with various liquids. The sealing can be done using either FKM or EPDM. The exterior is made of high-strength composite material, with excellent structural design, further enhancing the chemical corrosion resistance.
Overpressure protection function & Diaphragm rupture detection
If the output pressure exceeds the operating pressure of the pump, the metering pump can automatically stop running and give an alarm, preventing the pump from being damaged due to overpressure. When the diaphragm breaks and causes liquid leakage, the pump will give an alarm to prompt the replacement of the diaphragm.
With IP65 protection rating
Install seals for each drive section and controller section to enhance the waterproof and dustproof ratings.
Low pulsation stable output
Flow control is achieved by regulating the outflow rate (while the inflow rate remains constant), ensuring a stable output at any flow rate. Low pulsation reduces the impact (inertial force) on the pipeline and the load.
Different connection methods
The standard connectors include hoses, threads, flanges or coupling sections. They can be easily installed in any application scenario.
