The EH-E series electronic metering pumps have a compact structure and a large flow capacity, with the maximum reaching 1.25L/min. The EH-E controller and its microprocessor enable the pump to operate not only under manual control but also under various external signals (milliampere and pulse signals) for automatic control.
High sensitivity
The discharge flow is controlled by both stroke length and frequency. The stroke length can be adjusted within the range of 20% to 100%, and the stroke frequency can be set within the range of 0 to 360spm, thus enabling the EH-E pump to have a wide range of flow.
Built-in microcomputer controller
The built-in microcomputer controller enables the pump to operate in four modes: manual adjustment / proportional control / pulse control / counting control. The modes can be switched between each other by pressing the buttons.
Waterproof/dustproof structure
The pump body (PPE + GF) is equipped with an aluminum alloy frame inside. Its waterproof and dustproof structure can protect it from corrosion by liquids and gases, and the waterproof rating reaches IP65.
Chemical corrosion resistance characteristics
The pump head is made of three materials: PVC, PVDF and SUS. The other flow passages are composed of anti-corrosive materials such as ceramics, fluororubber, PTFE, etc.
Easy to operate
The operation of the pump and the control of the flow are accomplished through the buttons on the control unit, making the flow control simple.
Memory backup function
In the event of a power outage, the memory backup function will store the set values in the memory. When power is restored, the pump will operate at the settings it had before the power was cut off.
Manual operation
Pressing the buttons ▲ and ▼ can set the speed range to 0 - 360spm. Pressing the start/stop button can complete the start and stop of the pump. Both of these settings can be made when the pump is stopped or running.
Simulation input operation (0 - 20mA)
The 0-360spm operation is proportional to the 0-20mA current input. When the input signal exceeds 360spm, the pump's signal is fixed at 360spm. A straight line is automatically formed by connecting the two set points. Therefore, even if there is 0mA current, the pump may not reach 0spm.
Digital input (pulse multiplication/division ratio) operation
The pump responds to external pulse signals with a stroke ranging from 1 to 999. The stroke is manually set. The pulses that occur during operation are stored up to 255 pulses. (The pulses can also be prevented from being stored in the memory.)
In the event of a power outage, the memory backup function will store the set values in the memory. When power is restored, the pump will operate at the settings it had before the power was cut off.
