Rotate to the 100% stroke length position. This will enable the entire assembly to rotate so that the drainage hole on the back plate aligns with the lowest point of the pump. Adjust the hydraulic end and the diaphragm to the appropriate position during the pump operation.
For the reaction time, the pulse duration might not be long enough. Compared to the standard pulse width of 80 msec, the pulse width of the flow monitor can be extended by activating the intelligent conversion switch, increasing the pulse width to 300 msec. Activate the intelligent conversion switch, remove the cover of the fixed circuit board, and remove the jumper X-1. This activates the extended function, allowing more time before the fault indication.
The metering pump injection head is equipped with an automatic exhaust pump head, which uses self-priming liquid suction. Keep the liquid suction pipeline as short as possible.
